You might be tired of smoothie recipes by now, but I’m not so I will keep sharing them.
I was actually getting bored with my smoothie options the other day so I started a brainstorming list of all of the different smoothie flavors I could think to make. This is what I have come up with so far:
The best part about nice cream is that it can easily be turned into a smoothie with just about 1/4-cup more of liquid.
This recipe I’m sharing with you today is especially important to me because I have it pretty much every single morning for breakfast. It is the most delicious of all the smoothies and nice creams in the world. On the day that I first discovered this magical combination of foods, I had about three of these smoothies, and I decided to share the last one with Mitch, and we fought over it the entire time.
I love the feeling of eating something delicious that I know is good for me. It almost feels naughty to eat delicious food, even when I now it’s filled with nutritional value.
The fear of eating good food always appears for me while drinking smoothies, and I know that I need to get over that feeling so that I can continue eating healthful foods. I even feel bad eating nice cream or roasted vegetables sometimes because they are just too darned yummy! Does anyone else get this way?
