Hey fellas! I have been chugging along on my new years resolutions over here, and just like everyone else ever one of my goals is to get a little healthier. I have made it a goal to work out once per week, and even though I have only gone to the gym twice this year so far (man that stings a lot more now that I’ve written it down) I felt a spontaneous surge of energy yesterday and decided to go for a bike ride. Mind you, I haven’t ridden a bike in at least a few months, and when I went and unlocked my bike there was a thick layer of dust that I had to wipe off the seat before beginning my rad workout journey. This really is a simple recipe. I mean, it’s not even really so much a recipe as much as it is a source to know what yummy stuff I suggest putting in your tofu scramble.
You really can put whatever you want to in there! I seemed to get a great response from everyone when I put the simple hummus wrap suggestions up, so I thought that I would do something like that again here.
